Job summary

The role involves leading the product strategy and roadmap for an enterprise banking product aimed at simplifying financial management for Nordic businesses. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or entrepreneur, preferably in B2B or enterprise software within banking or fintech.
• Experience in developing products for large enterprise clients, understanding the distinctions between enterprise and consumer usage.
• Ability to manage a product from inception to launch in a dynamic environment.
• Strong teamwork skills, collaborating with engineering, design, sales, and commercial teams.
• Capacity to make informed decisions with limited information while maintaining focus on data.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise banking offering.
• Collaborate with sister products and foundational banking teams to implement the dedicated roadmap.
• Engage with business customers to identify challenges in financial management and translate these into product features.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver desirable features for enterprise users.
• Establish success metrics for the product to guide prioritization and decision-making.
• Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to ensure alignment of the product roadmap with sales strategies.
