Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading the discovery and development of new product opportunities in a B2B SaaS environment, focusing on customer needs and product capabilities. The position requires significant interaction with customers to identify problems and validate solutions, with a direct reporting line to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of product management experience, with at least three years in B2B SaaS.
• Strong skills in customer discovery and product development.
• Proven experience in launching new products or major initiatives from inception.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery interviews and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
• Identify unmet customer needs and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Drive early-stage product discovery and validation using AI-native tools.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define and ship new product capabilities.
• Work with sales and customer success teams to gather market feedback and validate product direction.
• Shape positioning, packaging, and adoption strategies for new products.
• Engage in the full lifecycle of product development from initial conversations to launch.

Skills

• Ability to understand customer workflows and translate them into product direction.
• Comfortable using AI tools for rapid prototyping and idea exploration.
• Experience with customer engagement in discovery sessions and strategic discussions.
• Capacity to operate in ambiguous environments and define strategy in fast-paced settings.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product management or related fields.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI tools, product data analytics, and basic SQL is a plus.
