Senior Product Manager (AI, Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading the AI strategy and governance across various domains within Fleet Management Technology. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with domain product teams and engineering leads to identify and prioritize AI use cases, ensuring a healthy pipeline of discovery work. The position requires close partnership with senior stakeholders and a focus on enhancing AI thinking across product teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in product management, with at least 2 years of experience in delivering AI/ML products at scale.
• Strong understanding of Generative and agentic AI, with practical delivery experience.
• Proven ability to influence and lead without formal authority, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent skills in problem discovery and simplification for diverse audiences.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience in a large enterprise or mature scale-up environment.
• Preferred: Experience in shipping or maritime sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and workflow automation discovery across the full product portfolio.
• Manage the AI intake and prioritization process, maintaining a use case backlog.
• Collaborate with product teams to shape AI use cases from inception to delivery.
• Co-develop the vision and roadmap for an AI-driven self-service analytics platform.
• Ensure architectural coherence and AI governance across the portfolio.
• Foster the FMT AI community through events and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and promote FMT's AI initiatives internally and externally.

Education

• Relevant degree in a related field is preferred but not explicitly stated.
