Job summary

The role involves driving commercial growth and market adoption of a Cargo Risk Management portfolio, with a primary focus on Cargo Insurance. This position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure product positioning and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Marine Cargo Insurance, preferably in underwriting from global insurance brokers or companies.
  • Proven background in product management, business development, or commercial enablement within a global organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience in training, marketing communications, or customer engagement.
  • Commercially minded with a balance of customer needs and business priorities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
  • Background in logistics, insurance, or risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute initiatives to increase adoption and revenue of Cargo Risk Management products.
  • Support sales teams with tailored go-to-market strategies and enablement materials.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities and partnerships to enhance product penetration.
  • Provide insights for product positioning and pricing strategies based on market feedback.
  • Design and deliver training programs for Sales and Customer Experience teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for CRM solutions during customer engagements.
  • Drive customer-facing initiatives and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Lead the creation of promotional content and collaborate on marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and conduct competitor analysis to maintain market position.

Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to create compelling content that translates product features into customer value.
  • Experience in training and enabling sales teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
