  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and research.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
  • Technical fluency to understand trade-offs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Customer-focused with experience using insights to enhance product experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex topics clearly.
  • Collaborative working style to energize teams around a product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities to enhance the consumer experience and scale the marketplace.
  • Define product strategies, roadmaps, success metrics, and OKRs.
  • Lead product discovery to understand user and partner needs.
  • Transform complex problems into clear product directions and requirements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to take ideas from insight to launch.
  • Use data and research to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Communicate product progress and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Build alignment around product priorities balancing customer experience and business impact.
  • Continuously improve product area operations and transparency.
  • Contribute to the broader Product organization by sharing insights and improving processes.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in product management or related fields.

Tools

  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies, analytics platforms, and user research techniques.
