Senior Product Lifecycle Specialist (On-site, Aarhus or Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role focuses on shaping product portfolio direction and lifecycle strategies within the Service business. The Senior Specialist will optimize business value throughout the product lifecycle by evaluating performance, defining strategies, and managing product phase-out processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Approximately 10 years of experience in product management
• Proven experience with complex product landscapes and established portfolios
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle frameworks
• Experience with commercial strategies, business case development, product performance evaluation, and financial analysis
• Understanding of operations, supply chain, and service delivery constraints
• Certification or experience in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is desirable; experience in the wind industry or renewable energy is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product strategies for existing products in Operations
• Translate strategies into clear deliverables and execution plans across various functions
• Establish a structured review cadence to align with market dynamics
• Identify and prioritize product phase-out opportunities
• Supervise execution of lifecycle decisions, including product exits
• Contribute to the development of commercial offerings related to product transitions
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
• Support the evolution of product management practices and governance frameworks
