Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant academic degree, preferably a PhD in Natural Science or an MBA
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, competitive intelligence, or market research within biotech, pharma, or consultancy
• Over 5 years of industry experience in Pharma or biotech
• Significant hands-on experience with functions within the pharma value chain

Responsibilities

• Identify new drug candidates and relevant indications
• Conduct in-depth analysis of diseases, treatment guidelines, market trends, and patents, compiling findings into comprehensive reports
• Stay updated on scientific literature and regulatory documents, sharing insights with stakeholders
• Collaborate as a strategic partner across functions to support early research projects and key business decisions
• Establish processes and templates to facilitate organizational growth
