• University degree or Graduate diploma in finance or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate costing updates for multiple operations sites.
• Lead quarterly forecasting processes across all sites.
• Prepare and analyze Cost-Benefit Analyses to support supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate with local controllers to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Drive process improvements in controlling activities.
• Manage and develop a local finance team, ensuring relevance in a changing financial landscape.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across operations sites.

Skills

• Demonstrated initiative in fast-paced environments.
• In-depth knowledge of factory financial tools and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Education
