Senior Product Developer (Copenhagen)

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced product developer specializing in performance apparel, particularly cycling gear, to lead the product development process from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Product Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the cycling or performance apparel industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process for cycling apparel and accessories.
• Develop and execute lab dipping processes for prototypes and samples.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into products.
• Oversee the creation of prototypes, ensuring they meet specifications and performance standards.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, conducting inspections and tests.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovations into product designs.
• Optimize product costs while maintaining quality and performance.
• Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate product testing and gather feedback for design improvements.
