Job summary

A Senior Producer is sought to enhance the production of new content and features for a gaming studio. This role involves close collaboration with the executive producer and game director to establish a clear production plan while ensuring the team has the necessary resources to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance production processes and tools to facilitate studio growth.
• Remove obstacles and maintain realistic delivery timelines.
• Organize daily team activities such as stand-ups and reviews.
• Collaborate with leads on project updates, roadmaps, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee long-term project management including priorities, scope, and risk assessment.
• Handle team responsibilities including performance reviews and development discussions.
