Job summary

The role involves driving operational excellence, governance, and process optimization within a dynamic operations organization. The Senior Process & Systems Expert will enhance workflows and support scalable operations across various teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with enterprise operational systems, governance, and process improvement.
• Proven experience in driving cross-functional operational improvements.
• Strong knowledge of operational governance and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and similar enterprise systems is preferred.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational process improvements and governance initiatives.
• Enhance operational platforms and workflows, including ServiceNow.
• Coordinate cross-functional process alignment and operational improvements.
• Improve reporting, KPI visibility, and data quality across systems.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive standardization.
• Maintain process documentation and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with operational and governance requirements.

Skills
