Senior Digital Process & Systems Expert

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing operational excellence and governance within internal platforms and systems. The Senior Process & Systems Expert will drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across various functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with enterprise operational systems, governance, and process improvement.
• Proven track record in driving cross-functional operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of operational governance and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and similar enterprise systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Agile, or Service Management methodologies is advantageous.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational process improvements and governance initiatives.
• Enhance operational platforms, including ServiceNow.
• Coordinate cross-functional process alignment and operational improvements.
• Improve reporting, KPI visibility, and data quality across systems.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive standardization.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with governance and operational requirements.
