Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize processes while ensuring integration with related workflows.
  • Define objectives, targets, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an updated Process Map library for all process levels.
  • Ensure compliance with governance standards and best practices.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes within the HSSE digital system.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and the S&R Digital Project team for process alignment.
  • Use data-driven insights to enhance process efficiency.
  • Document processes, workflows, and best practices according to company standards.
  • Drive standardization and negotiate process conflicts with other stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement based on frontline feedback.

Education

  • Relevant professional certifications in process management or project management are a potential advantage.

Tools

  • Familiarity with digital tools for monitoring and reporting in HSSE.
