Job summary

This role focuses on supporting sales opportunities with both new and existing customers in the industrial software sector. The Senior Presales Consultant will engage with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solution offerings, particularly in real-time operational data management, advanced analytics, and AI/ML applications.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in industrial software or data analytics.
• Proven background in Consulting, Technical Sales, Technical Support, or Solution Delivery, with expertise in operational data systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML models and techniques relevant to industrial applications.
• Strong industry knowledge and understanding of operational optimization and data analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner for customers, focusing on Edge to Enterprise solutions.
• Define customer-specific requirements and align them with available solutions.
• Present solutions through engaging presentations and live demonstrations.
• Lead pre-sales activities and solution architecture definition workshops.
• Contribute to technical proposals and support proof of concepts.
• Educate customers and partners on new products and best practices.
• Provide feedback to product management and marketing based on customer insights.

Education
