Senior Platform Engineer (Remote, Denmark)

Job summary

The role involves designing and building a GenAI platform that facilitates the development of LLM-powered applications across the organization. The engineer will focus on creating a reliable infrastructure and services that enhance developer experience while ensuring scalability and security.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in platform or backend engineering
• Proven track record in building scalable systems and internal platforms
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, observability, and system reliability
• Experience in designing services aimed at developers
• Interest in empowering teams to utilize GenAI capabilities through platform features

Responsibilities

• Design and construct the platform layer for GenAI, including APIs and shared infrastructure
• Facilitate self-service access to LLM capabilities via well-defined interfaces
• Develop reusable components like service templates and SDKs
• Ensure platform reliability through monitoring and operational best practices
• Implement security measures such as access control and cost management
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of the platform
• Integrate the GenAI platform with a centralized data platform for secure data access
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure interoperability of systems
• Maintain cloud infrastructure and manage CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to platform standards and documentation
