Senior Performance Manager

Job summary

The role involves establishing a comprehensive performance management system within the R&D Chronic Care organization, focusing on optimizing the innovation portfolio through data insights and analytics. The Senior Performance Manager will create a reliable framework for tracking performance and value creation, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in performance management, portfolio management, business analytics, or finance reporting.
• Master's degree in business, finance, engineering, data/analytics, life science, technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in building and developing Power BI reports and dashboards, including data modeling and reporting logic.
• Strong background in KPI framework design and data-driven performance tracking.
• Familiarity with R&D, medical devices, pharma, or life sciences is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a performance management framework and KPI matrix for tracking value creation.
• Design and implement Power BI data models, dashboards, and reporting logic.
• Establish a single source of truth for performance metrics across the organization.
• Create integrated views of milestones, costs, risks, and values for projects.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance and R&D stakeholders to enhance business performance.
• Track value realization and ensure initiatives meet their expected impacts.
• Support decision-making with data-driven analysis and scenario design.
