Job summary

This role involves owning and evolving critical People systems and processes in a rapidly scaling organization. The Senior People Partner will work closely with leadership to enhance performance management, compensation frameworks, and organizational design while ensuring effective people operations and workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a People Partner, People Manager, or HRBP role within a high-growth environment.
  • Proven ownership of people systems including performance management, compensation, and hiring processes.
  • Experience in scaling SaaS companies through various growth phases.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align people systems with company priorities.
  • High level of agency and comfort in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing stakeholders, particularly senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with UK and European employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance review and feedback cycles to drive high-performance behaviors.
  • Manage compensation review cycles and ensure fair and consistent application of compensation and promotion decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational structure and team effectiveness during growth phases.
  • Partner with Finance on workforce planning and headcount allocation.
  • Oversee core People processes such as onboarding and offboarding, improving HR systems for scalability.
  • Shape workplace culture and communication practices to enhance team alignment and cohesion.
  • Manage the day-to-day workplace experience and plan company events to strengthen team dynamics.

  • Ability to operate independently and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.

Tools

  • Experience with HR systems and tools, such as HiBob.
