Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in HR technology, people analytics, or digital HR transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data structures and reporting tools, preferably Power BI.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies in HR, with knowledge of Python and automation being advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Understanding of HR operations and governance to build scalable processes.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
