Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Remote’s global referral partner strategy, focusing on high-impact partnerships.
• Identify, negotiate, onboard, and oversee referral partnerships across various channel verticals.
• Create and implement a referral partner strategy, including segmentation and engagement models.
• Serve as the internal executive sponsor for key referral partners throughout their lifecycle.
• Design programs to drive high-quality referrals and manage revenue share structures.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and market trends to identify relevant use cases.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational success for referral partners.
• Partner with Marketing to create campaigns and content that enhance partner engagement.
• Foster a community among referral partners to share best practices and insights.
• Track and report on referral performance and optimize programs based on feedback and data.
• Represent the organization at industry and partner events, engaging with top partners in person.
