Job summary

This role focuses on developing and expanding strategic partnerships with enterprise digital agencies and technology partners in a fully remote environment. The Senior Partner Manager will manage a portfolio of high-value partners, driving revenue, retention, and long-term growth through effective relationship management and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of experience in Partner Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, or similar roles in technology, SaaS, or media sectors.
• Proven success in managing a substantial partner portfolio, achieving retention and revenue targets.
• Experience with Global System Integrators to establish alliances and scale partnerships.
• Strong commercial and relationship-management skills, particularly with C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through strategic partner channels and develop new commercial opportunities.
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners from onboarding to renewal.
• Develop and execute partner strategies to enhance retention and growth.
• Build trusted relationships with partners to support their business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partner priorities with commercial initiatives.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and increase visibility.
