Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing cross-functional initiatives from inception to measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of data and MarTech, including customer data platforms and marketing automation.
• Experience in developing scalable frameworks and processes across diverse markets.
• Commercial mindset with skills in performance management and investment decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide strategic initiatives, ensuring clear governance and measurable outcomes.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing consumer experiences through data-driven insights.
• Identify and implement workflow optimizations to improve operational efficiency.
