Qualifications

  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives from inception to measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of data and MarTech, including customer data platforms and marketing automation.
  • Experience in developing scalable frameworks and adapting to change.
  • Commercial mindset with skills in performance management and investment decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage strategic initiatives, ensuring clear governance and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead projects focused on consumer experiences driven by data, translating strategic priorities into actionable frameworks.
  • Drive operational excellence by identifying workflow optimizations and automation opportunities.
  • Design collaboration frameworks to enhance teamwork across different maturity stages.
  • Orchestrate planning cycles with relevant stakeholders to align business requirements with strategic goals.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, prioritization, and governance frameworks.
  • Data literacy with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Education

  • Relevant degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
