• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to execution.
• Ability to constructively challenge senior leaders regarding plan quality and organizational readiness.
• Strong independent judgment and credibility to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex issues for leadership decisions.
• A master’s degree in business, strategy, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments is advantageous.
