Senior Manager, S&OP

Job summary

This role involves managing the balance between supply and demand within a global S&OP team for a 12-month maternity cover. The position focuses on delivering high-quality materials and supporting critical business decisions through analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering executive presentations using PowerPoint, including data visualization for senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in supply chain or financial analysis using Excel to support business decisions.
• Background in S&OP, analytical supply chain roles, or similar cross-functional business environments.
• Proven ability to present recommendations and insights to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality materials for the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and input providers.
• Conduct analysis to identify risks and validate data for informed decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance team effectiveness.
• Support broader strategic projects and ad hoc analyses as needed.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and business insights is preferred.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management or a related field.
