Senior Manager, Software Cyber Security

Job summary

This role involves leading Cyber Security initiatives for complex software products and projects in the industrial sector, specifically for automated baggage handling systems and parcel sorters used in logistics centers and airports globally. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure the delivery of Cyber Secure software solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant master’s degree in software development and/or cyber security
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cybersecurity field
• Familiarity with frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, EU CRA, NIS2, and ISO27001/2 in an international context
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CCSK, etc.) are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cyber security specialists and drive cyber security initiatives across the organization
• Monitor and implement best practices in Cyber Security for industrial systems
• Collaborate with software product and project organizations to ensure compliance with international standards
• Communicate Cyber Security strategy, roadmap, and best practices to stakeholders
