Job summary

This leadership position focuses on Salesforce-driven product strategy and enterprise revenue systems, responsible for shaping core platforms that enhance sales, customer success, and go-to-market performance. The role involves defining a multi-quarter product roadmap that aligns with revenue growth and operational efficiency, blending strategic product leadership with Agile execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
  • 3+ years of experience managing product managers and/or business analysts
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), ideally with relevant certifications
  • Proven experience in building and executing multi-year product roadmaps with measurable business impact
  • Hands-on experience in SAFe Agile environments, including PI planning and backlog management
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market systems including lead management and customer lifecycle processes
  • Experience collaborating with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs tied to revenue and customer outcomes
  • Experience with Agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps) and roadmap platforms (Aha!, Productboard)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
