Job summary

In this role, you will lead the transformation of the Go-To-Market (GTM) operations at a fully remote organization, focusing on redefining processes and enhancing operational efficiency through AI and automation. You will manage a high-performing team and collaborate with executive stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in BizOps, Strategy & Operations, or RevOps within a fast-growing SaaS environment, with 2–3 years of experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to build and scale GTM systems and processes from mid-stage growth to enterprise level.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce and complex GTM tech stacks, including Enterprise CPQ and automated lead routing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation workflows, viewing AI as a core operational lever.
  • Executive-level leadership skills with a strong accountability mindset and comfort in navigating ambiguity.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex challenges for executive audiences.
  • Experience in a globally distributed, asynchronous work environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the operational roadmap for GTM excellence, aligning with growth and revenue goals.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of operations managers and analysts, fostering a culture of ownership and improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to VP and C-level leaders, aligning operational initiatives with business priorities.
  • Oversee the strategy for AI-driven ticketing and knowledge management systems to enhance GTM workflows.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses on operational issues and collaborate with engineering teams for scalable solutions.
  • Manage post-mortem processes for operational incidents to improve infrastructure.
  • Establish a global change management framework to ensure high adoption rates for new GTM programs.
  • Track and present KPIs related to operational health, including ticket volume reduction and change adoption velocity.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.

Tools

  • Salesforce, AI tools, automation workflows, and complex GTM tech stacks.
