• Proficient in payroll tax compliance for multiple countries.
• Strong leadership qualities with a proactive approach to ownership and independent work.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• High proficiency in G-Sheets or Excel is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and work asynchronously.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team to maintain vendor relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research to identify and evaluate payroll vendors.
• Develop and maintain financial analyses, including cost comparisons and ROI assessments.
• Manage the end-to-end project for payroll vendor setup, including selection, alignment, migration, and communication.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with over 130 payroll vendors across various platforms and countries.
• Monitor invoice costs and ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
• Negotiate contracts to align with business strategies and enhance profit margins.
