Senior Manager, ESG Compliance

Job summary

This role is focused on shaping the global approach to Human Rights and ESG Compliance within the Corporate Sustainability team. The position involves defining strategic directions for ESG compliance to meet regulatory requirements while supporting business implementation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or relevant degree in law, social science, business administration, or equivalent experience
• Proven expertise in ESG and human rights regulations, corporate compliance & ethics, and sustainability
• Strong experience in designing compliance frameworks and governance models
• Ability to influence and advise senior partners in complex, global organizations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex regulations
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and developing scalable solutions
• Experience in global brands or teams; proficient in spoken and written English
• Strategic, structured, and pragmatic approach with a passion for enabling success

Responsibilities

• Set direction for ESG compliance in collaboration with Legal, Governance & Public Affairs
• Develop compliance roadmaps, policies, and governance structures aligned with human rights and sustainability strategies
• Oversee ESG compliance roadmaps, ensuring accountability and progress
• Provide expert guidance on ESG compliance to functions such as Procurement
• Monitor external trends and regulatory landscape to anticipate impacts on the business
• Support cross-functional governance to manage supply chain risks
