About the role

Job summary

The role involves leading the Digital & Value Office (DVO) practice, focusing on assisting CFOs and finance leaders in enhancing their operational value. The Senior Manager will independently execute engagements while also mentoring and guiding a team of consultants.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting, finance transformation, or a relevant finance leadership role.
  • Proven ability to independently lead and deliver structured consulting engagements, including vendor assessments and process documentation.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and familiarity with challenges faced by scale-ups and PE-backed companies.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring junior consultants, with skills in reviewing deliverables and providing constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly at the C-suite level.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort in business development conversations.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with enthusiasm for building new initiatives.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute DVO engagements, including vendor assessments and IT landscape analyses.
  • Prepare client-ready deliverables and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other practice leads for seamless project execution.
  • Act as a coach and quality reviewer for delivery consultants, ensuring alignment with DVO standards.
  • Support onboarding and continuous development of team members.
  • Participate in the full sales cycle, including client prospecting and project scoping.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships for a defined portfolio.

  • Proficiency in using AI tools for consulting deliverables.

Education

  • Relevant degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
