Job summary

The role involves leading a high-performing team within the Defence Products department, focusing on the SitaWare Headquarters program. The Senior Manager will ensure the team is equipped to meet their commitments while fostering a motivating environment for growth and development.

Qualifications

• IT-related master’s degree with relevant skills (e.g., PMP, Prince2 or similar)
• Minimum five years of experience in people and project management in an IT or software company
• Proven experience managing product development teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
