Qualifications

  • Significant experience in global or regional commercial roles, particularly in FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical skills to convert complex data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in project and process management across diverse regions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the global promotional portfolio strategy, including Gift with Purchase (GWP) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product & Marketing Development to influence early-stage portfolio decisions.
  • Gather and prioritize feedback from global markets to enhance go-to-market strategies.
  • Work with Licensing and Extended Lines teams to maximize portfolio impact.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and provide recommendations for commercial growth.
