Job summary

The role involves leading the EMEA Accounting, Controlling and Compliance Team, focusing on financial deliverables for numerous investment vehicles. The position is based in Copenhagen and requires collaboration with various investment teams on M&A deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial controlling or management.
• At least 2 years of experience in people management.
• Strong M&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Financial Controllers.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all financial deliverables.
• Support M&A deals.
• Onboard new projects, ensuring smooth transitions and timely setups of ERP systems and bank accounts.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and transparency.
