Job summary

This role involves working as a Senior Consultant within the Transaction Strategy and Execution team, focusing on M&A strategy, operational diligence, and value creation. The position is based in Copenhagen and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in strategy and M&A consulting or relevant industry roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex data and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into actionable insights.
• Experience in client-facing roles across the M&A cycle, including operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational due diligence and value creation analysis.
• Manage and drive workstreams across pre- and post-deal engagements.
• Support business development through pitch content, proposals, and client interactions.
• Coach and support junior team members while contributing to practice development initiatives.

Education
