Job summary

This role involves driving lean transformation at a high management level within a pharmaceutical engineering context. The Senior Lean Consultant will work closely with leadership teams to enhance performance management and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in continuous improvement and lean transformations in complex organizations.
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing change with measurable impact.
  • Relevant academic degree at the Master’s level.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Advise leadership teams on continuous improvement aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Develop and embed structured problem-solving and continuous improvement practices.
  • Design and deliver training on Lean tools and principles.
  • Coach leaders and teams to enhance performance management and Lean leadership behaviors.
  • Facilitate structured problem-solving on major projects using A3 thinking.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of improvements to deliver real impact.
