About the role

Job summary

This role involves leading the global implementation of new artwork management software across multiple business units and manufacturing sites in the medical devices sector. The Senior Labelling Programme Manager will oversee the entire process from business case development to implementation and optimization, ensuring effective integration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Programme or Project Manager, particularly in larger implementation projects.
  • Background in the medical device industry or similar regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and supply chain processes.
  • Strong understanding of labelling software and design control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business case development and implementation of new artwork software.
  • Create and manage project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing, to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and ensure compliance with industry guidelines and internal policies.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues, providing recommendations to senior management as needed.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively at all levels.
  • Highly structured with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and across different time zones.

Education

  • Degree in science, technical, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification is preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Experience with project management tools and labelling software is advantageous.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required, primarily within Europe, with some overseas travel expected. Most trips will involve overnight stays.
  • This position offers a remote working structure, with flexibility needed for collaboration across international teams.
