Senior Labelling and Packaging Project Lead

Job summary

The Senior Labelling and Packaging Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of labelling and packaging solutions for new product development and life cycle management projects. This role involves leading the planning, development, and implementation of labelling and packaging from concept to production, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for large implementation projects.
• Background in artwork labelling and the medical device industry or similar regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with design control processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Technical English (verbal and written).
• High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in multicultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute labelling strategies and project plans.
• Manage the label process from initiation to production implementation.
• Ensure alignment with project stakeholders and adherence to established processes.
• Coordinate activities between operational labelling teams and production sites.
• Communicate effectively with various departments, including Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing.
• Escalate issues related to timelines and deliverables as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems and environmental health and safety regulations.

Education
