Senior Integrated Project Manager

Job summary

The role involves leading the delivery of integrated communication projects within a dynamic agency environment. The Senior Integrated Project Manager will ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and within budget while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager in dynamic agency or integrated creative settings.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and Workfront.
• Expert in end-to-end project management, including scope identification, planning, schedule management, resource forecasting, risk and issue mitigation, and delivery governance.
• Skilled in developing estimates, managing budgets, tracking costs, and independently reconciling projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high standards for quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated communication projects across various channels (digital, social, video, print, experiential).
• Own project planning and setup, including scope definition, schedules, staffing forecasts, budgets, and risk identification.
• Manage workflows, dependencies, and priorities across multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Actively manage scope, risks, and changes, identifying issues early and working with partners to define solutions.
• Maintain clear communication to ensure alignment across project teams, business partners, leadership, and vendors.
• Oversee quality assurance, financial reconciliation, and project retrospectives to improve delivery processes.
