Job summary

The role focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of philanthropic grants and investments to ensure they deliver significant societal impact. The Senior Impact Manager will work within the Impact & Portfolio Department, engaging in strategic impact and portfolio management, while providing data-driven support for impact missions and project excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analyses to support the implementation of the organization’s strategy and mission-driven portfolio.
• Validate mission purposes, objectives, and outcome targets through collaboration with business areas.
• Identify change enablers and Impact Pathways based on data and evidence.
• Support the Portfolio Board and Executive Management with decision-relevant insights and criteria-based stage gate processes.
• Provide assessments to aid leadership in understanding portfolio progress towards strategic goals.
• Foster a transparent and coherent approach to portfolio governance.
