Senior IBM BAW / BPM Developer (Copenhagen)

Job summary

An experienced IBM BAW / BPM Developer is sought to design, build, and enhance workflow-driven platforms that connect systems, processes, and people. This role is integral to the Customer Engagement Platforms team, focusing on the development and optimization of business-critical workflows.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of relevant experience in IBM BAW / BPM
• Solid hands-on experience with IBM Integration Designer (IID)
• Strong Java development skills
• Experience in complex, integration-heavy system landscapes
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Strong understanding of workflow and process automation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions using IBM BAW / BPM
• Implement and optimize business processes across systems
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and developers
• Take ownership of assigned solutions and improve team capabilities
• Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable
• Contribute to early delivery while gaining knowledge of the landscape
