Senior HSE Business Partner

Job summary

The Senior HSE Business Partner is responsible for leading strategic health, safety, and environmental (HSE) engagements with key global customers. This role aims to enhance customer relationships and drive commercial growth by effectively communicating HSE capabilities and compliance programs to deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HSE, Risk Management, Compliance, Sustainability, or related fields.
• Strong background in enterprise risk management and compliance programs aligned with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
• Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and escalation processes in complex organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE partnerships with selected global key customers and act as the primary HSE interface for customer leadership teams.
• Develop customer-facing HSE value propositions and strategic presentations.
• Establish governance and escalation frameworks for customer HSE requirements.
• Coordinate significant customer HSE requests and maintain high-quality customer-facing materials.
• Support assessment of HSE, compliance, and risk management requirements in customer contracts.

Skills

• Strong executive communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to translate technical HSE requirements into business value.
• Experience leveraging data analytics and AI tools to enhance customer engagement.

Education

• Relevant degree in HSE, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
