Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, or Information Technology.
• Minimum of six years of experience in global operations, content operations, or product data management.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Global Content Optimization Manager and support change management for new processes and systems.
• Ensure alignment of global product content operations with business needs.
• Foster strong relationships with business groups to capture KPIs and customer-focused results.
• Collaborate with other process workstreams and GMSS Area service teams for optimal processes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Connect operational processes to system requirements and data quality needs.
• Develop communication strategies for process alignment and adoption.
• Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and inclusion.
