Job summary

This role focuses on integrating Generative AI into the hardware development lifecycle, enhancing how engineers develop, test, and release physical devices in a regulated environment. The position is part of a new initiative aimed at transforming device hardware engineering through AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote the use of approved Generative AI tools and workflows in hardware engineering.
• Identify and implement high-value AI use cases to enhance speed, quality, and robustness.
• Develop practical AI solutions for hardware workflows including data analysis and compliance.
• Ensure AI-ready data management while adhering to governance and quality standards.
• Provide hands-on support and coaching to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to create scalable and compliant AI solutions.
• Share insights and best practices across the R&D community.
