Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job summary

This role involves full-stack development with a focus on clean architecture, automation, and modern engineering practices. As a consultant, you will work on diverse projects, helping clients transform their needs into effective solutions.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (mandatory)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development or similar roles
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deliver software using modern practices like CI/CD and automation
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them in decision-making
• Participate in architectural decisions and system design across frontend and backend technologies
• Enhance developer and user experience by applying design principles and mentoring others
• Design and operate platforms and infrastructure, including APIs and internal developer platforms
• Lead technical workstreams and collaborate with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions

Skills

• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, testing, security, and maintainability
• Ability to communicate technical decisions and trade-offs clearly
• Experience mentoring or supporting other developers
• Tool-agnostic approach to selecting the right tools for the job

Education

• Relevant M.Sc. degree in a related field is required.

• Familiarity with modern software development tools and practices, including GitOps and open-source principles.
