Senior EPC Proposal Project Manager

Job summary

This role involves leading the proposal process for engine power plant projects as part of the Service Proposals organization. The Senior EPC Proposal Project Manager will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop competitive technical and commercial solutions while ensuring alignment with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in design, operation, maintenance, or development of diesel engine-based power plants; knowledge of gas conversion or biomass-based projects is advantageous.
• Proven experience in EPC proposal management.
• Strong skills in cost estimation and commercial calculations.
• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office/MS Project.
• Structured, proactive, and collaborative approach.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the entire EPC proposal process from opportunity qualification to submission and project handover.
• Manage multidisciplinary proposal teams and stakeholders to develop high-quality solutions.
• Ensure technical, contractual, quality, and QHSE requirements are met in proposals.
• Drive cost estimation, proposal quality, planning, and stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Support knowledge sharing and handover of awarded projects to execution.
