Job summary

This role involves shaping enterprise architecture at scale within a large logistics organization, focusing on connecting data, systems, and workflows across various divisions and geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, management consultancy, IT strategy, or senior solution architecture roles, preferably in complex or global settings.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, including governance, lifecycle management, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and technologies such as containerization, MongoDB Atlas, relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL), and Kafka.
• Experience with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, data lakes, integration tools).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and their practical applications.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex topics effectively.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, emphasizing innovation and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategy across solutions, data, platforms, and enabling technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Shape and evolve enterprise data architecture, including governance, models, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Guide cross-domain decisions and system integration to enable scalable and standardized solutions.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into architecture and enhance data-driven capabilities.
• Establish and promote standards, best practices, and compliance frameworks for data management and security.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring architects and evaluating emerging technologies.
