Senior Electrical Engineer (Energy, Esbjerg or Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves leading the electrical engineering scope for various projects focused on green energy systems. The position is part of a team specializing in high, medium, and low voltage systems within the energy sector, contributing to sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Certified Electrician (elinstallatør), Marine Engineer (Maskinmester), B.Sc./B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering, M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or similar.
• Proven experience in designing electrical systems, ideally in power plants, district heating, or heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of MV and LV design and specifications.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering for large multidisciplinary and specialized projects from early development to construction.
• Design, develop, optimize, and standardize technical solutions for MV and LV systems.
• Create engineering specifications and technical datasheets for electrical equipment, including power transformers and switchgear.
• Engage with procurement and manage technical clarifications with vendors.
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning processes.
