Senior EHS ESG Analyst (Corporate, Hybrid, Lyngby)

Job summary

This role involves joining a Corporate EHS Reporting & Systems team focused on enhancing global EHS and ESG data processes and reporting structures. The position supports digital transformation initiatives while collaborating with various departments to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree with 2–5 years of experience in ESG and/or CO₂e data reporting, ideally in a corporate or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and data/reporting tools like Intelex or SAP.
• Knowledge of CSRD, environmental reporting, and CO₂e methodologies, with experience in data validation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop EHS reporting procedures, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Support ESG Reporting & Assurance, including updates driven by CSRD.
• Act as a contact for reporting sites, providing training and guidance for quarterly ESG reporting.
• Drive review, validation, and consolidation of quarterly ESG data, generating reports for management.
• Coordinate ESG data audits and support sustainability initiatives through documentation and data preparation.
• Contribute to system testing and updates for the Intelex reporting system.
