Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry or consulting, particularly within the specified domain.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex, multi-year transformation projects.
• Established credibility in the Life Sciences domain with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate business strategies into effective solution visions and architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of AI applications, specifically Agentic AI, relevant to the domain.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of navigating ambiguous situations and developing solutions without predefined guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Shape and co-own strategic initiatives alongside Sales and Account teams, serving as the lead domain solution authority.
• Define comprehensive target architectures that encompass business, technology, and operational models.
• Facilitate client-facing workshops to develop vision, roadmaps, and solutions with senior stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate value propositions and business cases tied to measurable outcomes.
• Lead a functional domain squad across various business lines within the NCE LS Domain sales hub.
• Contribute to the development of domain-specific viewpoints, offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with global industry leads and delivery teams to create reusable solution assets and frameworks.
