Senior Domain Solution Architect (Pharma, On-site)

Job summary

This role is focused on leading solution and transformation narratives within the Pharma late-stage R&D and Drug Development sectors. The position involves shaping large-scale R&D and clinical transformation initiatives to help clients innovate faster, shorten development timelines, and enhance success rates by leveraging advanced technologies, including Agentic AI.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry or consulting, particularly in relevant domain areas.
• Proven history of shaping and supporting large, complex, multi-year transformation projects.
• Established credibility in the Life Sciences domain with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience in translating business strategies into effective solution visions and architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of AI applications, specifically Agentic AI, within the domain.
• Ability to engage effectively with C-suite and senior executives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capable of navigating ambiguous situations and developing solutions without predefined blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Shape and co-own strategic pursuits alongside Sales and Account teams, serving as the lead domain solution authority.
• Define comprehensive target architectures that integrate business, technology, and operational models.
• Facilitate client-facing workshops focused on visioning, roadmapping, and solution definition with senior stakeholders.
• Clearly articulate value propositions and business cases tied to measurable outcomes.
• Lead a functional domain squad from various business lines within the domain sales hub.
• Contribute to the development of domain-specific perspectives, offerings, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with global industry leads and delivery teams to create reusable solution assets and patterns.
