Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen, particularly in pricing, contract negotiation, and value-based selling.
• Experience working in a matrix organization across different regions and cultures.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic account and distribution plan for a key partner, ensuring profitable growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributor leadership and key customer stakeholders.
• Lead joint business planning, including growth roadmaps and performance management.
• Identify growth opportunities across various applications and customer segments.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure robust governance.
• Coordinate across matrix teams for aligned execution and delivery.
• Maintain accountability from commercial agreements to operational execution.
