Job summary

This role involves partnering with the Chief Commercial Officer to drive strategic initiatives within the organization. The position is critical for translating commercial strategies into clear communications and ensuring the progress of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration/Management, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience, particularly from a top-tier management consultancy.
• Experience in FMCG and/or Retail within business development or strategy teams is advantageous.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic projects and initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and her leadership team to enhance decision-making.
• Prepare materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
• Ensure strategic initiatives are tracked and progress is reported.
• Facilitate effective leadership team meetings with clear agendas and action logs.
• Lead a team of strategy professionals, focusing on talent development and recruitment.
